The Voigtlander Vito B, a mid 1950’s 35mm film camera. I have had this camera for about 20 years, and have never ran a roll of film through it. Looking to explore new subjects and lighting skills, I pulled this shelf queen out and played for a while. I do miss the smell of film and being in the darkroom but I do not miss dealing with the dust on the negatives. It’s kind of amazing how things have changed over a fairly short time. When I was a kid film was rated in ASA and DIN today we us ISO.
I do miss using film, maybe it’s time to play with it some more.
